Template for a navigation bar that includes "previous page - video #" and "next page - video #" in all languages.
The language parameter is the full language name, as in the language category ("1080 French Pages with Videos" -> "French")
Previous/next page titles to supply are page names in the wiki, following the example: "CS/Prabhupada_0001_-_Expanduj_na_deset_milionů"
To change the language, both language and previous/next page titles need to be changed.
