"So much regrettable position of India. They do not care for this Vedic literature, their birthright. Caitanya Mahāprabhu gives the same thing:
bhārata-bhūmite haila manuṣya-janma yāra
janma sārthaka kari' kara para-upakāra
(CC Adi 9.41)

It is the duty of the Indians to learn all this Vedic literature, make his life successful in Kṛṣṇa consciousness and preach the gospel throughout the whole world. That is India's duty."

"Bhakti-yoga—direct connection with Kṛṣṇa—it is not open for everyone, neither everyone can take it. It is stated in the Bhagavad-gītā, yeṣām anta-gatam pāpaṁ: one who is completely free from all sinful activities, pāpam. Anyone who is engaged in sinful activities, he cannot understand Kṛṣṇa, or God. That is not possible. And these are the four principle of sinful activities: illicit sex-life, intoxication, meat-eating and gambling."

Prabhupāda: There is a book, perhaps you might have read, Aquarian Gospel. So in that book I have read there is a Greek word, Christo. Christo... sometimes we don't say Kṛṣṇa, we say Kṛṣṭa.
Dr. Kapoor: Kṛṣṭa, yes, in Bengali particularly.
Prabhupāda: Yes, so this Christo word means 'anointed'. Kṛṣṇa´s face is 'anointed'. And 'love' also. And this 'Christ' title was given to Jesus on account of his love for God. So, on the whole, the conclusion is Krishna or Christo means 'love of Godhead'.

"We are eternal part-and-parcel servant, just like the part and parcel of your body, they’re all your servant. This finger is part and parcel of your body, but it is always serving the whole. That is the business. Finger is not the enjoyer, or the hand is not the enjoyer; the stomach is the enjoyer. You collect foodstuff with your fingers and hand and give it here. You cannot take. That is misuse. Similarly, dāsyaṁ gatānāṁ: this is really self-realization, that 'I am part and parcel', mamaivāṁśo jīva-bhūta (BG 15.7). So one should understand that what is the duty of the part and parcel."

"So in the Vaikuṇṭha world there is appreciation, and in the material world there is enviousness. The same thing when turns into Vaikuṇṭha quality, it becomes a different thing; it is not matsaratā. That is appreciation: "Oh, he is so nice." Just like Rādhārāṇī. Rādhārāṇī… Nobody can be topmost devotee. Kṛṣṇa anayārādhyate. Rādhārāṇī means who is worshiping Kṛṣṇa, the most topmost service. Amongst the gopīs—the gopīs are serving Kṛṣṇa—there is no comparison. Caitanya Mahāprabhu says, ramyā kācid upāsanā vraja-vadhū-vargeṇa yā kalpitā (Caitanya-manjusa). Vrajavadhū, these damsels, these cowherd girls, as they worship Kṛṣṇa there is no comparison in the world."

"In the spiritual world there is no display of inferior energy; there is only that superior energy, cetana, cidya-vat(?). The spiritual world is therefore called living world. There is no manifestation of this acetana, or inanimate. There are also varieties, as we have got here. There is water, there are trees, there is land. Not nirviśeṣa, not impersonal—everything is there—but they are all made of the superior energy. It is described that Yamuna River is flowing with her waves, but when Kṛṣṇa comes on the bank of the Yamuna, the waves stop to hear Kṛṣṇa's flute."
