Editorial policy – Vanipedia encyclopedic (written) articles
Purpose
- To summarize and present Prabhupada as he wrote and spoke on any given subject as per the archived record in VedaBase.
- To facilitate users to enter into association with Srila Prabhupada through his vani – specifically, to encourage users to explore Vaniquotes and Vanisource in order to enrich their knowledge, understanding, and spiritual advancement through immediate contact with Prabhupada in his words.
Source Base and Scope
- Material is to be sourced from the Vani sites (Vaniquotes/Vanisource) – no references to other secondary literature, writings of disciples, or works of other acaryas (except that which Prabhupada cites, quotes or translates himself).
- Articles should represent Prabhupada’s teachings on the chosen subject from all angles of his vision.
