Conversation - Seattle
Nectar Drops from Srila Prabhupada
"After all, anyone who is coming to Kṛṣṇa consciousness, man or woman, boys or girls, they are welcome. They are very fortunate. You see. And the idea of addressing "prabhu" means "you are my master." That is the... Prabhu means master. And "Prabhupāda" means many masters who bows down at his lotus feet. That is Prabhupāda. So each, everyone shall treat others as "my master." This is the Vaiṣṇava system."

Interview - Seattle
Nectar Drops from Srila Prabhupada
"There is no conflict at all. The conflict is between persons who are godless, who does not believe in God. Conflict is there. The conflict is not between East and West; the conflict is between the atheist and the theist. We are preaching Kṛṣṇa consciousness, not that we are trying to replace something by Indian method to Christian method or Jewish method. That is not our policy. This is... In one sense, Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is the postgraduate study of all religions. What is the method of religion? To accept the authority of God."

Conversation - London
Nectar Drops from Srila Prabhupada
"So now people do not wish to consider also this point, that "If I am eternal, if I am changing my place, my dress, my occupation every fifty years or ten years or twelve years according to the dress..." The cats and dogs, they live for ten years. The cows live for twenty years, and the man lives for, say, hundred years. Trees lives for thousands years. But everyone has to change. Vāsāṁsi jīrṇāni yathā vihāya (BG 2.22). As we have to change our old dress, similarly, this body has to be changed. And we are changing. Changing every moment. That is a fact."

Nectar Drops from Srila Prabhupada
"Yaśodāmāyi wanted the Supreme Personality of Godhead as his (her) son, for which hundreds of years he undergone..., or she undergone austerities. And when the Supreme Personality of Godhead appeared before him..., before her, for both the husband and wife: 'What do you want?' 'Now we want a son like You'. So Kṛṣṇa said, 'There is no second one beyond Me, so I shall become your son', So He became son. So He must play perfectly, that Yaśodāmāyi may not understand that 'Here is the Supreme Personality of Godhead'. Then the feelings of mother and son will disappear. Anyway, Kṛṣṇa is playing exactly like a little child. So that is Kṛṣṇa's mercy."
